Ms. Chornoma – Fine Arts Teacher
March is going to be another wonderful month in the Fine Arts Room! Third through fifth graders finished up their lessons on how to play the Recorder. They are now learning about the color wheel and how to mix paint to create a variety of colors. Second graders completed their Picasso cardboard faces and are now beginning a painting lesson. First graders are learning about Faith Ringgold and Kandinsky. They are creating artwork inspired by those artists. Kindergarteners are learning about the artist Frida Kahlo. They are creating their own self-portraits inspired by Frida.
